Chairman of Sadhbhavan Party and Minister for Health and Population Rajendra Mahato has said that it would be an utter disrespect towards the citizen if the constitution will not be drafted by May 27.
Minister Mahato said so while speaking to journalists in Dhankuta district on Monday. Hinting towards the reluctance of the major political parties to ensure federalism in the new constitution, Mahato said that plots were being hatched to sabotage the constitution writing process.
On the occasion, Minister Mahato said that they were alert towards the chances of drafting the new constitution without federalism. He said that fringe political parties had been voicing for the timely peace and statute and accused the major parties of paying no heed towards the same.
