MUMBAI: The Indian entertainment industry chose 14 beautiful, talented and exceptional women who competed for the title of “India’s Glam Diva”, launched by BIG CBS Love. These women have created a mark for themselves across various
fields like Bollywood, television, sports and corporate, among others.
The ladies competing for the title were – Kareena Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Priyanka Chopra, Vidya Balan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Katrina Kaif, Sonam Kapoor, Sunidhi Chauhan, Bipasha Basu, Ekta Kapoor, Sonakshi Sinha, Sania Mirza, Freida Pinto and Shruti Haasan. The viewers and fans voted for their favourite diva and it was Piggy Chops who topped the poll for India’s Glam Diva.
A happy and smiling Priyanka, on being crowned the winner by one of her many fans, Siddhi, said, “It’s really flattering since it’s a poll based on votes by people, your fans. It feels as if I am once again being crowned for the Miss World beauty pageant. I feel the same excitement with the same nervousness.”
Backed by an outstanding career in Bollywood, the former Miss World garnered the maximum votes from the fans after being highly applauded by the likes of Shiamak Davar, Shaina NC and Rajeev Masand.
Singer and anchor Shibani Dandekar, who hosted “India’s Glam Diva”, was also the host for “India’s Sexiest Bachelor”.
