Demand of Mithila state futile: Minister Mahato
JANAKPUR, MAY 07Chairman of Sadhbhavana Party and Minister for Health and Population Rajendra Mahato has said that the ongoing agitation programs demanding the Mithila state in the new constitution were baseless and futile.
Speaking at a press conference in Janakpur on Monday, Minister Yadav said that the Mithila State Struggle Committee had been organising protest programs in a irresponsible manner.
Mahato said no achievements could be made by shutting down the market areas and added that stressed on the need to turn their grief into power.
