NSU removes hoarding boards of colleges having foreign names
KATHMANDU, JUL 07 – Nepal Students Union, the student wing of the Nepali Congress has started to remove the hoarding boards of colleges having foreign names.
The NSU resorted to remove the hoarding boards accusing the colleges of unnecessarily promoting their institutions and taking lumps of money from the students.
According to NSU central member UP Lamichhane, the NSU cadres removed hoarding boards of six colleges bearing foreign names from New Baneshwor area this morning.
The NSU has said that it had already asked the colleges to get rid of foreign names. They took action as the colleges turned deaf ear to their requests.ekantipur
