Good bowling effort from the Nepali side restricted Tanzania to a measly score of 82 runs in the ICC World Cricket League

Winning the toss and electing to bat first at the Bayuemas Oval in Kuala Lumpur, Tanzania lost two early wickets without opening their score. Tanzania kept on loosing wickets as they struggled with the disciplined and sharp Nepali bowling attack. Skipper Paras Khadka was the pick of the Nepali bowlers taking four wickets followed by Basanta Regmi who claimed three. Binod Das took two and Shakti Gauchan was accounted for a wicket.
Earlier on Monday, Nepal registered a hard-laboured five wickets victory over Singapore in its first match of the competition.
Nepal, who are one of the top contenders are looking forward in making up to the finals of the tournament that will be the first step towards realising their dream of playing in the World Cup.
